At The Real Replica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

 

📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.

All returns are inspected for damage, wear, or misuse before a refund is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

 

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

🚚 How to Return

To initiate a return, please email orders@therealreplica.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

 

❗ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and resale standards, we do not accept returns on:

Worn footwear

Items returned without original packaging

Final sale items (clearly marked)

 

📌 Your Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is returned in acceptable condition.
